Nazmiq ("the Service") is a cloud-based procurement quotation-comparison platform operated by SkyLight, a limited liability company established under Law No. 72 of 2017 promulgating the Investment Law and its Executive Regulations, Arab Republic of Egypt ("the Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Nazmiq lets users upload supplier quotation documents, extract structured data using artificial intelligence, and generate automated comparison reports and exports. Features and limits vary by subscription plan as described on our pricing page.
The Service is available to individuals and organisations worldwide. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity via linked channels (e.g. a linked Telegram account).
The Service relies on third-party large-language-model providers — currently including OpenRouter, Groq, Google, and Anthropic ("AI Providers") — to process documents and generate outputs. Your uploaded documents are transmitted to these providers for processing. You acknowledge that AI Providers process your data under their own terms; that we do not control how they handle data once transmitted; and that you should not upload highly sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or regulated information unless you have verified the relevant provider's terms permit it. All outputs — extracted data, comparisons, currency conversions, scores and recommendations — are produced by automated models. We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, or error-free. Models may misread, omit, or misinterpret source documents. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before relying on them for procurement, financial, or other decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or procurement losses) arising from inaccurate outputs; acts or omissions of AI Providers or Paddle; service downtime; or decisions you make based on outputs. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to: upload malware or exploit content; reverse-engineer or extract the Service's prompts, models or algorithms; resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its outputs without written consent; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law, sanctions, or export-control regime.
You retain ownership of documents you upload and the data in them. The Company retains all rights in the Service, its software, design, and proprietary methods. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use without any IP warranty.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time (see Refund Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may request deletion of your stored data at any time.
We may modify these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation; failing that, the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt shall have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
